- If you request a cancellation before the translation process begins.
Please note that minor stylistic differences or personal preferences in translation are not considered valid reasons for a refund.
2. Revision Policy
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of our free revision policy. If you are not satisfied with the translation, you can request revisions within 7days of receiving the final document. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure the quality meets your expectations.
3. Refund Process
a. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at info@languagekart.com within 7days of receiving the completed translation. In your request, provide a detailed explanation of the issue and, if applicable, specific examples of errors.
b. Evaluation: Once we receive your refund request, we will review the translation and your concerns. If the issues are valid and cannot be resolved through revisions, we will approve the refund.
c. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the translation has already been approved or accepted by you.
- If you requested revisions after the agreed-upon deadline for revisions has passed.
- If the refund request is based on stylistic preferences rather than translation accuracy or quality.
- If we have started the translation process and you decide to cancel the order midway.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where a partial translation has been completed and delivered, and you are not satisfied with a portion of the translation, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed up to that point.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before we begin the translation process. If we have already started working on your project, cancellations may not be accepted, and you will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
